Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • Standard Shipping

    • Please allow 1 business day for your order to be processed and an additional 3-5 business days for your order to be arrive.

    • Shipping times may increase during holidays and other peak seasons.

  • All international orders (outside of the USA) may be subject to sales tax, import duties, and customs charges at the receiver’s expense.  This rate is determined by the receiving country. Please contact your local customs for further information.

 

Failed Delivery/Returned to Sender

  • If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect phone number, wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender ( Dripy Deals) at the customers expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.

 

Damaged/Opened box

  • If you receive your package, and it is damaged and/or opened, please take a photo of the damage before checking the contents inside. Please submit a claim via the courier used to ship your order.

 

Restrictions

  • Dripy Deals is unable to combine separate orders into a single shipment.

  • Dripy Deals is unable to cancel or modify an order.

  • Dripy Deals is unable to price match or make price adjustments.

 

Abandoned Package

  • Customers are responsible for any additional shipping fees associated with a returned package or exchange. Dripy Deals will either send an invoice to you for the costs, or you are able to provide us with a prepaid shipping label.

  • Dripy Deals will only hold your package for 30 days before it is deemed abandoned.

  • After 30 days, an abandoned package will forfeit the right to an exchange or refund.

Returns

Thanks for shopping at Dripy Deals​.  If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

You have ​30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.  To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unharmed, not worn, unaltered, and free from any odors. Item(s) must be in original packaging, with tags still attached.  Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.  If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).  You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
